OKTO Productions ("OKTO," "we," "us") is a video editing, motion graphics and production studio based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through oktoproductions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use our contact form or email us, you may provide:

- The type of project you're interested in
- Anything you include in your message (for example, project details, budget or timeline)

Like most websites, when you visit the Site, our hosting and content providers may automatically receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and fix problems.

- Web3Forms: processing contact form submissions and forwarding them to our inbox
- Google: email (Gmail) and web fonts (Google Fonts). Loading fonts sends your IP address to Google's servers.
Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data.
Social media and other links
The Site links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X, and to other websites. If you visit them, their own privacy policies apply. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails and project records for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work, and keep reasonable business and tax records. After that, we delete them or keep them only where the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email us at the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
